Mark Warner, Senior Vice President, has over 40 years of experience leading technical project teams and more than 20 years advancing clean energy markets and projects. He specializes in market development, benefit-cost analysis, financial modeling, policy and strategy, and the deployment of emerging technologies. Mr. Warner has advised numerous utilities, governments, regulatory agencies, and private-sector clients on renewable energy, electrification, storage, microgrids, and energy efficiency, providing rigorous economic analysis and actionable strategies to meet carbon-reduction and sustainability goals. He also serves as the inaugural Sustainable Energy Fellow at Duke Farms, where he helped design and implement a pioneering plan to achieve net-zero operations by 2030, and is now leveraging that success to support other energy users with customized sustainable action plans.

A nationally recognized thought leader in renewable energy and vehicle electrification, Mr. Warner co-founded ChargEVC, New Jersey’s leading EV advocacy coalition, and authored the state’s first comprehensive EV market and benefit study, which laid the groundwork for progressive EV legislation in 2020. He has published influential research on EV adoption, grid impacts, and fleet electrification, and has worked with numerous utilities across multiple states to shape programs and regulatory filings. Earlier in his career, Mr. Warner founded the Sun Farm Network, one of New Jersey’s pioneering solar development companies, and led energy initiatives at Sustainable Jersey and The College of New Jersey. With deep expertise across policy, markets, and project implementation, he continues to guide public- and private-sector clients in developing innovative clean energy projects and strategies that deliver meaningful emissions reductions and cost savings.

Adrian Kimbrough Senior Vice President, Regulatory, Analytics & Modeling

Adrian Kimbrough, Senior Vice President, brings over 18 years of analytical expertise, including over a decade of experience in the energy industry focused on cost-benefit analyses, ratemaking, project finance, and regulatory policy economic impact analyses. He guides clients in evaluating energy generation and storage projects, assessing rate structures, regulatory impacts, project financing, and risk mitigation strategies. Mr. Kimbrough develops econometric analyses and investment-grade market forecasts using tools such as EnCompass, as well as proprietary in-house models, enabling clients to understand the full range of costs, benefits, and financial implications of energy market policies and investment decisions across U.S. markets and regulatory regimes.

Mr. Kimbrough’s expertise spans competitive wholesale power markets, regulated utilities, and a variety of energy technologies, with experience providing expert testimony to FERC and state utility commissions. He specializes in ratemaking, market forecasting, valuations, financing structures, revenue modeling, and financial risk assessment, including scenario and probabilistic stress testing. Prior to his energy career, Mr. Kimbrough served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Cryptologic Linguist, including a combat tour in Iraq, where he analyzed real-time intelligence, prepared tactical assessments, and held Top Secret clearance. This unique combination of military and energy finance experience informs his strategic, analytical approach to complex energy and regulatory challenges.
