Silvia Cuevas, Director, has over 12 years of professional experience in city and regional planning, customer experience, and corporate strategy development. At Gabel Associates, she supports project development for renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy procurement, regulatory support, expert testimony, and project valuation. She also provides marketing and business development support, assists with procurement administration, coordinates and monitors project activities, facilitates client interactions, and develops customized solutions to meet client needs, while driving efficiencies and process improvements across consulting projects.
Prior to joining Gabel Associates, Ms. Cuevas began her career at The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where she participated in the prestigious Leadership Fellows Program. She worked in the Office of the Secretary, assisting departments with project and program approvals from Agency executives and the Board of Commissioners. During rotations in the Aviation and Rail Transit (PATH) Departments, she contributed to the Newark Liberty International Airport AirTrain Replacement Program, performed environmental assessments for the FAA, and analyzed rail operations to identify trends and improve performance metrics.
