Loren Altshuler, Vice President, brings over 32 years of experience in the energy industry, ensuring that aggregated customer groups and individual clients secure competitive energy supply while receiving high-quality customer service. She has held operational and financial roles across multiple energy companies, including divisions of international retail energy suppliers, oil and gas companies, and energy brokerages. Her expertise spans energy contracting and pricing, contract and tariff interpretation, customer onboarding and enrollment, supplier and utility relationships, savings assessments, and energy choice billing issue resolution. Ms. Altshuler also supports community solar programs and leverages extensive analyses of customer savings, utility tariffs, and market data to inform client strategies.
Ms. Altshuler is a respected energy expert with a strong analytical, operational, and financial background. She has led teams and projects in retail energy contract administration, invoicing and collections, planning and budgeting, process improvement, and IT and project management initiatives. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and trained in Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean methodologies, she applies process improvement, lean thinking, and performance metrics to daily operations. Beginning her career in electric and gas utilities with experience in power plant engineering and environmental permitting, Ms. Altshuler combines deep energy industry knowledge with operational and financial expertise to guide clients through complex retail energy choice projects.
