Emma Ahern, Associate, brings over three years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, with expertise in creative problem-solving, project management, and strategic communication. She supports a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives, including drafting proposals, designing promotional materials, and managing external communications. In her cross-functional role on the Contracting and Marketing team, Ms. Ahern collaborates with all divisions and contributes to organizational strategy and outreach efforts.
Prior to joining Gabel Associates, Ms. Ahern worked as an Internal Communications Specialist at a global technology and professional services firm, where she developed company-wide communications, managed internal campaigns, and organized employee engagement events. She also supported the company’s sustainability initiatives through targeted communications and events. Ms. Ahern earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Boston University in 2022, where she served as president of Eye2Eye, a student-run nonprofit promoting gender equity, leading networking events, fundraising initiatives, and the organization’s annual conference.
