Steven Gabel, president of Gabel Associates, formulated policies leading to the development of over 1,200 MW of cogeneration capacity in New Jersey in the 1980s as Director of the Electric Division at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. Since then, the firm has applied its expertise in energy economics, tariffs, and forecasting to assist dozens of clients through the CHP development process.
