Through Gabel Associates' Construction Administration Services, the firm acts as the project owner's representative and oversees project installation from pre-construction planning and equipment staging to commercial operation. Specifically, our Construction Administration Services include on-site supervision, oversight of the installer's construction activities to meet project schedules, and review of project close-out activities and commencement of commercial operation.

With respect to project management experience, Gabel Associates personnel have been involved with some of New Jersey's most significant projects, including the Morris County county-wide solar program which includes 19 solar facilities; the Atlantic City Convention Center; Atlantic Cape Community College; the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission; the Wildwood Convention Center and many other projects.
