Department of Veterans Affairs - National Energy Business Center

In November 2009, Gabel Associates was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Energy Business Center to conduct Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies at VA sites throughout the country including New Jersey, New York, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
The firm has completed solar and wind pre-screening assessments for VA properties and has also prepared detailed feasibility studies for select sites that demonstrated initial viability. Specifically, our tasks include detailed feasibility studies, site visits, data collection, comprehensive economic, technical, and financial analysis, and financing structure evaluation.
National Energy Technology Laboratory
Gabel Associates serves as a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton on a contract that was awarded with the National Energy Technology Laboratory, which consists of energy sector planning and analysis activities for the organization.
