Gabel Associates has been at the forefront of emerging markets for renewable energy certificates (RECs) and emission offsets, helping our clients transform their environmental resources into profitable revenue streams. We actively help clients offer SRECs and RECs for sale through a competitive solicitation process that brings the best value to our clients. The firm has been actively involved in the creation of those markets, serving on the Governor's Task Force for Renewable Energy that developed a strong market for RECs. We also worked on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which created the first regional cap-and-trade program in the United States.
